Return & Refund Policy

At Kolleenal, we strive to provide high-quality car perfumes and essential utilities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. This includes unopened car perfumes and undamaged utility items.

Returns are accepted within **7 days** of the delivery date. Used or opened car perfumes, damaged items (unless due to shipping issues), or products without original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@kolleenal.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RAN.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5-7 business days**.

Please note that **shipping charges are non-refundable**. If your refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or wish to exchange your purchase, contact our customer service team. Once your return is received and verified, we will send the replacement product, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened car perfumes (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards.
  • Discounted or promotional items.
  • Custom or personalized products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please **contact us within 48 hours** of delivery at support@kolleenal.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
